Positon Summary: The Outside Sales Representative is a sales professional responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting and growing business accounts through solutions-based selling account management. Responsibilities: Effectively prospect, develop and manage your sales funnel. Build strong relationships Leverage appropriate resources to provide exceptional customer experience Follow sales process of prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing the sales Develop sales proposals Become an expert on our products and services and the benefits they provide Maintain the highest standards of honestly and integrity at all times Required Skills: Must be 18 years of age (insurance purposes) with excellent oral communication skills with ability to speak easily to people Must have Reliable & Dependable transportation and be willing to drive to client appointments Strong interpersonal skills Excellent leadership abilities Strong analytical and decision making skills Ability to develop strong relationships with clients A love for wireless technology Strong written & oral communication skills Ability to multi-task Detailed Oriented Excellent Listening Skills Basic computer skills Comfortable navigating a Smartphone A true desire to help people and a willingness to go above and beyond Strong basic math skills (with calculator is fine) High School Diploma or GED Candidate must pass drug screen and background check.
